Safe Program

The  Safe Alternatives for Family Enrichment (SAFE) Program is a progam that is run at our Genesis Homse site.  The SAFE program is designed to implement youth employment and family enrichment services for out-of-school youth ages 16 - 20 and their families. HELP USA was awarded funding to implement the SAFE program by the NYS Office of Children and Family Services.

Culinary Arts

The Culinary Arts program teaches basic techniques with a goal of propelling students into a successful career in the culinary arts. The ceremony was accompanied by dinner which the graduates prepared. The main courses were roasted stuffed chicken and roasted pork with pear. The program is held at the HELP Supportive Employment Center at Wards Island.
