Permanent residence for war veterans
Currently, 1 in 5 homeless men is a veteran of war, with nearly 107,000 homeless male veterans sleeping on the street each night as a result.
HELP USA assists veterans across the nation, currently operating veteran specific, permanent, supportive-service housing in New York, Philadelphia, Newark, and Las Vegas. Additionally, HELP recently opened a state of the art veteran specific facility in Philadelphia, PA and broke ground in Newark, NJ and Brooklyn, NY on the construction of environmentally friendly, eco-efficient veterans sites. HELP is working to develop additional veteran residences in Maryland and Washington.

The expansion of HELP USA’s innovative and effective housing model will provide dignified homes for those who have served our country.
HELP’s holistic approach of providing safe, quality housing, on-site professional case management, day care, and employment and counseling services is a proven resource for homeless and at-risk veterans, male or female. For the past 25 years, HELP USA has developed and implemented new and innovative approaches to helping the homeless and other populations in need, playing a leadership role in homelessness prevention and family stabilization. HELP’s program model for veterans’ services reflects our ongoing commitment to build better lives; encouraging veterans to rebuild their lives and gain self-sufficiency for their families.
